Yes. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can. To reschedule, notify us at least 6 hours before your appointment and your new date must fall within 7 days of the original. For cancellations, 24 hours' notice keeps your advance payment intact. You can read our full reschedule & cancellation policy for details.

Sessions are either 60 minutes or 2 hours depending on the treatment you choose. The 8-Step Full Body is 2 hours; all other treatments are 60 minutes.

Nothing special. Just have a comfortable, clear space ready in your home. Your therapist will handle the rest.

We offer 6 treatments: the 8-Step Full Body (2 hrs, 2,500 BDT), Back & Shoulder Pain Relief, Leg Pain Relief, Stress Relief Oil Massage, Maternity & Postpartum Care, and Ayurvedic Hair & Neck Massage. The last five are 60 minutes at 1,500 BDT each.

For chronic back or shoulder tension: Back & Shoulder Pain Relief. For a complete full-body reset: the 8-Step Full Body. If you're pregnant or recently gave birth: the Maternity Care Series is specifically designed for you.

And if you reserve your slot with ৳500, the balance can be settled in cash once your session is done.

More than 24 hours before your session: cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. Between 24 and 12 hours before: 50% of the booking cost is charged. Less than 12 hours before: the full booking cost is charged. Your therapist has already set the time aside and turned other bookings away. If you paid a ৳500 advance rather than the full amount, we charge only what you have already paid. We will not invoice you for the balance.

More than 24 hours before your session: reschedule free, to any available slot within the next two weeks. Between 24 and 12 hours before: you can still reschedule free, but the new date must fall within the next seven days. Less than 12 hours before: the session can no longer be rescheduled and is treated as a cancellation. Rescheduling depends on your therapist's availability. If she cannot make your new time, we will find you another therapist or refund you in full. If you do not book a new date within the window, the session is cancelled and the cancellation policy applies.

You choose at checkout. Pay the full amount, or hold your slot with ৳500 and settle the rest after your session. Trust goes both ways, so the choice stays yours.

Absolutely. You can purchase a gift card on our Gift a Session page and the recipient books at their own convenience.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We recommend the recipient book within this window.
