Privacy Policy

When you book a session with Healvie, we collect basic information including your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, and the address where the session will take place. This is used to confirm your appointment, assign your therapist, and keep in touch with you about your booking.

We never see or store your card, bank or wallet details. Payments are handled entirely by SSLCommerz, our payment gateway.

Your information is used to manage your bookings, confirm appointments, and improve the quality of our service. We never sell your data to anyone.

We do use limited, anonymised information to measure whether our advertising works. This is explained in full under Advertising and Measurement below.

• Service quality follow-up
• WhatsApp communication about your session
• Processing your payment through our gateway
• Resolving payment issues, including duplicate or failed charges
  

All payments are processed by SSLCommerz, a payment gateway licensed by Bangladesh Bank. When you pay, you are redirected to their secure page. Your card number, wallet PIN and banking credentials are entered there and are never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on Healvie's systems.

We keep only what we need to identify your booking and resolve any dispute: the amount, the currency, the payment method type, a transaction reference, and whether the payment succeeded.

If you are refunded, the money returns to the same method you paid with. We do not need any new details from you to do that.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand whether those ads reach the right people, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, and Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.

These tools tell us how many people visited a page, started a booking, or completed one. They do not tell us who you are by name.

When a booking is completed, we send Meta a confirmation that includes the value of the booking and a one-way encrypted version of your phone number. Encrypted this way, the number cannot be read or reversed by Meta or by anyone else. It exists only so Meta can recognise that a booking came from someone who saw our advertisement. We do not send your name, your address, or your treatment details.

None of this happens unless you accept cookies. If you choose Reject All, no advertising or analytics information is sent about you at all.

We do not display third-party advertising on this website, and we do not allow anyone else to advertise here.

Your personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized Healvie staff responsible for booking management. We do not store your data on public servers or share it with third parties outside of the service.

If you would like your data removed from our system, contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will action your request within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, reach out to us directly through WhatsApp or at [email protected].

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you

visit. They help the site remember things between pages and visits — such as

your preferences or whether you have visited before. Some cookies are set by

us ("first-party"), and some are set by trusted services we use ("third-party").

How Healvie uses cookies

We keep our use of cookies deliberately small, in three categories:

• Functional — strictly necessary for the site to work. These remember essential choices (such as your cookie preference itself) and keep secure areas of the site secure. They do not track you and cannot be switched off.
• Analytics — help us understand how visitors use healvie.co: which pages are read, which treatments attract interest, and where visitors encounter problems. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Marketing — help us measure whether our advertising works, so we only show our ads to people who may genuinely find them useful. This includes the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, described under Advertising and Measurement above. These are set only if you choose Accept All.

Your choices

When you first visit healvie.co, a banner lets you Accept All or

Reject All cookies. If you reject, analytics and marketing cookies are

not used. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's

cookies and site data in your browser settings, the banner will appear

again on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies

entirely, though some parts of the site may not function as smoothly without

functional cookies.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing that happened before you withdrew it.
