Healvie provides premium at-home massage therapy services in Dhaka, Bangladesh. All sessions are conducted by trained, female therapists and are available exclusively to female clients. By booking a session, you agree to these terms in full.

Sessions are available daily from 7am to 8pm. Service availability is subject to therapist scheduling and your location within Dhaka.

Bookings can be made through our website or directly via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. Payment is taken at the time of booking. You may pay the full amount, or hold your slot with a ৳500 advance and settle the balance after your session. All payments in our website are processed through SSLCommerz, and a booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation message.

• Be available to receive your therapist at the agreed time

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include any applicable charges. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

We accept mobile wallets, cards and bank transfer through SSLCommerz. We do not store your payment details at any point.

If you pay a ৳500 advance, the balance is due to your therapist after the session. If you pay in full, nothing further is owed.

Therapy sessions are delivered at the date, time and address you select at booking. Your therapist arrives at the agreed time with all equipment and oils. Sessions are available daily between 7am and 8pm, subject to therapist availability and your location within Dhaka.

Gift cards are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase, to the recipient address you provide.

Availability is shown live at booking. If a time slot does not appear, it is already taken. If we cannot deliver a confirmed booking for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment for the therapist during the session. Healvie reserves the right to end a session immediately and without refund if the therapist is made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable in any way.

By booking, you confirm that you are a female client and that the session is for personal use only.

You must be 18 or over to book a session. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for ensuring these terms are understood and accepted by them.

More than 24 hours before your session — cancel for a full refund.

Between 24 and 12 hours before — 50% of the booking cost is charged.

Less than 12 hours before — the full booking cost is charged.

If you paid a ৳500 advance rather than the full amount, we charge only what you have already paid.

Rescheduling follows the same windows, with a two-week rebooking period beyond 24 hours and a one-week period between 24 and 12 hours. Full details, including our grace-period policy and how refunds are processed, are set out in our Refund Policy.

Healvie therapists are trained professionals, but massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have an existing medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking a session.

Healvie is not liable for any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions. Please inform us of any relevant medical history, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.

Healvie's total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

We do not display third-party advertising on this website, and we do not permit others to advertise here.

We use Meta and Google analytics and advertising-measurement tools, described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of Healvie's services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

Healvie reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
