Our Services
Healvie provides premium at-home massage therapy services in Dhaka, Bangladesh. All sessions are conducted by trained, female therapists and are available exclusively to female clients. By booking a session, you agree to these terms in full.
Sessions are available daily from 7am to 8pm. Service availability is subject to therapist scheduling and your location within Dhaka.
Booking & Scheduling
[Normal] Bookings can be made through our website or directly via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability.
- Please ensure your address is accurate at the time of booking
- Have a clear, comfortable space available for your session
- Be available to receive your therapist at the agreed time
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment for the therapist during the session. Healvie reserves the right to end a session immediately and without refund if the therapist is made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable in any way.
By booking, you confirm that you are a female client and that the session is for personal use only.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your scheduled session are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session may incur a small fee to cover therapist travel costs.
To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Limitation of Liability
Healvie therapists are trained professionals, but massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have an existing medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking a session.
Healvie is not liable for any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions. Please inform us of any relevant medical history, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of Healvie's services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
Healvie reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
